Hatha-based class, where traditional yoga asana are infused with mobility work to gently strengthen your joints and muscles. Hatha is the foundation of most other yoga classes. This class is suitable for all levels, especially beginners, who want to work on building a solid, strong foundation. As with all my classes, the approach will be playful, exploring sensations within the body and finishing with a nice, juicy relaxation. You’ll float out of the studio!

Running for 6 weeks, Foundations is the perfect place to be, whether you’re new to yoga, retuning to the mat after a break, or looking to refresh your practice. I’ll guide you through the building blocks of yoga, helping you to build a regular practice that supports both body and mind. We’ll work through key postures as well as other yoga fundamentals, such as breathing practices and simple yoga philosophy, in a welcoming, light-hearted way, helping you connect with your body and build flexibility, strength and mobility. You’ll learn how to connect movement and breath, commong standing and seated postures, simple breathing techniques and build the confidence to go on to a regular yoga practice, benefitting from the support yoga can provide in our busy, modern world.
Private classes
Private classes are a great way to have a completely bespoke yoga experience. Private classes are tailored specifically to the individual or small group, so we can work on your specific goals, and take place in the comfort of your own home or a venue of your choice*.
Prices start at £45 per hour for a one on one session, £60 for 2 people. Please enquire for small group prices.
